Qigong in the Park Series

This series is full and currently underway, but I plan to hold another one after this ends—stay tuned or reach out if you’re interested!

WHEN: Wednesdays, June 4 to August 20 | 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

No class July 9 or 16

WHAT: Developed as a healing art, qigong is a gentle movement practice that strengthens your vital energy (qi). Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it tends to be simpler to learn. No equipment or experience needed. Simply dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.

WHERE: Rose Larisa Memorial Park (formerly Crescent Park)

701 Bullocks Point Ave, Riverside, RI

Parking is available. For the first class, we’ll meet by the parking lot to find a good spot to practice.

COST: $150 for 10-class series. Pay via Venmo or PayPal (no added fee), or Eventbrite (added service fee).

REGISTRATION: This class series is full.
