Qigong in the Park: Autumn Series
Drop-ins are welcome, but please register in advance so I can reach out if there are any changes of plan due to weather or otherwise.
WHEN: Tuesdays, September 2 to October 14 | 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
WHAT: Developed as a healing art, qigong is a gentle movement practice that strengthens your vital energy (qi). Similar to tai chi, it is usually practiced slowly while standing, but because it does not involve a specific sequence of movements it tends to be simpler to learn. No equipment or experience needed. Simply dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
