In this video recording I’m sharing from my online class in Wu Healing Group, learn how to stimulate self-acupressure points to support respiratory health, ease cough or wheezing, and treat conditions like bronchitis, asthma, sore throat, and more. Located on the Lung and Large Intestine channels, these points are considered heat-clearing in Chinese medicine. Some of these points also support the Lung in its role of dispersing and descending qi (stopping cough and helping to distribute oxygen throughout the body). Check it out.
